Christmas Day Menu cook off!

Today we had the cook off of our Christmas Day menu at our Milton Keynes restaurant, what a treat!
An array of delicious meals were brought out for our managers and chefs to sample.

To start, we are offering some classic choices, such as Gravadlax with soda bread, Smoked Duck Breast or Lobster Bisque.



Or why not try our Training & Development chef Jordan’s favourite, the Breaded Beef Brisket Croquettes or our inventive vegetarian option, the Beetroot & Goats Cheese Cheesecake.

For the Mains, as well as the classic Roast Norfolk Turkey with all the trimmings, or Fillet of Beef, we were all excited to try the Venison & Wild Mushroom Wellington. Served with braised blackberry & red cabbage and creamy dauphinoise, this dish is a firm favourite already.


For fish fans, we have added a Whole Lemon Sole to our Christmas Day menu and for vegetarians, a Wild Mushroom, Chestnut & Vegetable Wellington.


Last, but definitely not least, have a look at our selection of desserts this year. The stunning Chocolate & Cherry Pavlova and more-ish Chocolate Fondant are pictured below.
