From light and fruity pavlova to indulgent and rich sticky toffee pudding – all of our desserts are prepared in house by our own pastry chefs.

Baileys and White Chocolate Cheesecake


Baileys and white chocolate are both delicious – and work perfectly when combined in our cheesecake. The topping is set over a biscuit base and served with either ice cream or cream. One of our new desserts on the menu, it has had a very warm reception when we posted photographs of it on our Facebook page.

Baked Berry Yogurt (Gluten Free)


Our Baked Berry Yogurt is another new and exciting addition. It was initially introduced as a Dessert of the Week – and became so popular that we decided to make it a more permanent feature. Baked on a low heat, the dessert is served with berries and honeycomb – and is an ideal option for anyone who is gluten free.

Banoffee Pie

Banoffee Pie

Our Banoffee Pie is simple and delicious – and a firm favourite on the dessert menu. Banana, toffee and cream topped on a buttery biscuit base with dark chocolate sprinkled on top. Glide your spoon through the soft whipped cream, caramel and banana before hitting the crisp and buttery biscuit base.

Black Forest Gateau

Black Forest Gateau

We decided to revive this 1970s classic, modernise its look and include it to our dessert menu. Our Black Forest Gateau is served in a glass to make the most of the beautiful layers of chocolate sponge, cream and boozy cherry filling. It certainly takes you back in time – and in our opinion it’s definitely worthwhile going there.

Chocolate Fondant

Chocolate Fondant

Our melt-in-the-middle fondant is the most chocolatey dessert on the menu – definitely one for the chocoholics. Cut into the cooked sponge and a warm gooey centre spills out on the plate. This is what you want when ordering a chocolate fondant. Ours is served with a choice of either ice cream or cream.

Crème Brulee

Creme Brulee

Crème Brulee is known around the world. Ours is essentially a baked vanilla custard topped with a layer of hard caramel. We serve ours at Middletons with a shortbread biscuit to add an extra crunch.

Lemon Posset

Lemon Posset

The posset was originally a medieval drink and has recently made a comeback as a modern dessert. To serve, ours has a biscuit base and is topped with whipped cream. It’s light, delicate and fresh – and wonderful to end a meal on.

Middletons Sundae (Contains Nuts)

Middletons Sundae

Our sundae is one to remember. Homemade chocolate brownie between layers of chocolate sauce, ice cream and whipped cream. This is all topped with mixed nuts. If you like our chocolate brownie, download the recipe cards and prepare a tray for yourself at home.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Sticky… Toffee… Pudding… When those three words are on a menu, there’s suddenly space for dessert. Sticky Toffee Pudding is a very British dessert; a moist sponge cake containing finely chopped dates is covered in a toffee sauce. Ours is served with either ice cream or cream.

Summer Berry Pavlova (Gluten Free)

Summer Berry Pavlova

A meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. Ours has a crisp crust, is soft and light inside, and topped with summer fruits and whipped cream. It looks as pretty as a picture when served.

Lemon Meringue

Some of our previous desserts – such as the Lemon Meringue and Tiramisu – are taking a break as permanent features of our dessert menu. But those dishes, and others, may be making guest appearances as our Dessert of the Week. So there is still a chance it will be available when you next visit your nearest Middletons Steakhouse & Grill.
