Introducing the new desserts menu


Our chefs have been creating delicious new desserts for you to enjoy upon your return to Middletons this weekend. 

From honeycomb cheesecake to chocolate tart we’ve got everyone catered for when you next visit one of our restaurants. 

Honeycomb Cheesecake


Back by popular demand, our honeycomb cheesecake will once again be available at all our restaurants. Our vanilla and honeycomb topping is set over a biscuit base and is served with either ice cream or cream and is the perfect comfort dish to eat after your main course. We’re sure you’ll be hoping to taste this deluxe dessert again.

Dark chocolate and salted caramel tart


Our dark chocolate and salted caramel tart. With a dark chocolate filling in a sweet pastry topped with salted caramel alongside a serving of either cream or ice cream, is a new creation brainstormed by our executive chef Adam Mott.  

Berry Bakewell tart


This is our twist on the traditional cherry bakewell, enjoy mixed berries with an almond frangipane filling in sweet pastry topped with flaked almonds with a serving of either cream or ice cream.   

Our executive chef Adam Mott, who has been in his current position for the past eight years also revealed how he and his group of chefs have further enhanced their glowing menu after receiving some requests from guests.

He revealed: “Myself and the other chefs have been using the lockdown period to play and create the dishes that have been added to the new menu. The lockdown was good for us from a development standpoint to have the time to perfect the new dishes before they were added to the menu.

“We always listen to our guests and there are dishes that we’ve brought back onto the menu by popular request from our guests. 

“We’re very much about making Middletons for our guests, it’s their experience and there’s dishes and products on the new menu that the guests really enjoy.”

Middletons is ensuring the customers’ safety is paramount and is taking a number of steps to create a fun and safe dining experience. 

On top of the UK government guidelines upon the reopening of restaurants in England, Middletons are briefing all members of staff to ensure extra precautions are undertaken to protect their staff and diners.
