More options for vegetarians and vegans

There’s always been vegetarian dishes on our menu, but our chefs have been working hard during the lockdown to further increase our vegetarian and vegan dishes.

After listening to customer feedback, we decided to introduce even more variety to our menu and widen the selection of vegetarian and vegan meals.

We may be a steakhouse by trade, but our talented chefs have been cooking up a storm, as our executive chef Adam Mott and his team have been using their expert knowledge to create new and flavoursome options.

New to the menu is the Vegetable Tart, which features a selection of beautiful fresh vegetables in a shortcrust pastry.

And our new Beyond Meat Burger, which our executive chef Adam Mott is extremely excited for guests to try. This vegan burger patty is accompanied by lettuce, tomato, cheese and mustard mayonnaise. 

Alongside our new options we still offer a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options including; vegan steak, spiced bread goujons, mushroom wellington and macaroni and cheese, with the latter now available as a side dish to your main course.

Our new menu means that, particularly for larger groups and parties, everyone can visit Middletons and enjoy a delicious meal whether they’re meat eaters, non-meat eaters or have specific dietary requirements.

Middletons is ensuring the customers’ safety is paramount and is taking a number of steps to create a fun and safe dining experience. 

On top of the UK government guidelines upon the reopening of restaurants in England, Middletons are briefing all members of staff to ensure extra precautions are undertaken to protect their staff and diners.
